Most of the 2012 class of prospects had highly successful MLB careers, and all but one of them are still active. Of the twelve prospects, six are all-stars. Every player made it to the major leagues.

- Nick Franklin (MLB 6-year veteran, most recently played in the Dominican Winter League)
- Jurickson Profar (active MLB 10-year veteran)
- Randall Delgado (MLB 8-year veteran, most recently played in the Dominican Winter League)
