Dawel Lugo was my #6 prospect in 2018. He had a 43% chance of someday becoming an MLB All-Star.
The Detroit Tigers gave him three seasons 2018-2020 to prove his worth, but he underperformed. He will be playing in the Mexican League in 2021, so the chances of him fulfilling his major league potential have dropped significantly.
